Introduction

Townmanor Technologies is hiring a Software Engineer Intern for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in backend development and software engineering within a fast-growing technology-driven organization.

As an intern, you will collaborate with the engineering team to build, test, and optimize software solutions. You will contribute to real projects, enhance your programming skills, and gain exposure to industry-standard development practices in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

Assist in backend development and contribute to building scalable software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Participate in the development and testing of applications and features.
Apply object-oriented programming principles in software design and implementation.

Execution & Problem Solving

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code to improve performance and reliability.
Work on solving complex coding challenges using strong problem-solving skills.
Assist in delivering tasks within defined timelines and project requirements.
Continuously improve code quality and development efficiency.

Growth & Collaboration

Collaborate effectively with the engineering team on ongoing projects.
Communicate ideas clearly and participate in team discussions.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and programming principles.
Proficiency in backend web development and software development concepts.
Hands-on experience in programming and object-oriented programming (OOP).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex coding challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills and a proactive learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
