Role Overview

We are seeking a Backend / Infrastructure Engineer to join our founding team. You will help build ML and data pipelines that are efficient, secure, and highly scalable by design. As a platforms engineer, you will focus on deployments, observability, and scaling our production environments as we grow with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Own observability and deployments of the Wisdom stack.
Collaborate with software engineers and sales engineers to build effective production change management processes and tooling.
Design and implement cost-efficient, scalable systems using modern cloud infrastructure.
Work closely with customers and founders to define the product and engineering roadmap.
Contribute to shaping the engineering culture and technology stack of the company.

What You’ll Do

Wisdom is at an inflection point with strong product-market fit and traction among Fortune 100 customers. As an early-stage engineer, you will build and scale deployment and observability systems to remove bottlenecks in onboarding customers of varying sizes and complexity.

Qualifications

Experience building highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
