Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Software Development Mentor to guide students/freshers in Python programming and React development. The mentor will be responsible for training, mentoring, reviewing projects, and helping learners build strong technical and practical development skills.

Responsibilities

Train and mentor students/freshers in Python and React development.
Explain programming concepts, frameworks, and real-time project workflows.
Conduct technical sessions, coding practice, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Guide candidates in developing mini projects and real-time applications.
Review code quality and provide technical feedback for improvement.
Assist learners in debugging and problem-solving activities.
Support students in understanding frontend and backend integration.
Monitor learner progress and provide performance evaluations.
Help candidates prepare for interviews and industry-level expectations.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and development trends.

Requirements

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Python programming.
Experience with React.js and frontend development.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub and deployment basics.

Soft Skills

Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
Patience and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience is preferred.
Industry experience in Python or React development is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in software development or technical mentoring
