Front-End Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly hands-on Front-End Developer who will serve as a key technical contributor responsible for designing, coding, building, and operating technology solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

This role requires spending the majority of time “hands on keyboard,” actively writing production-ready code, configuring systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and building scalable front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in front-end technologies, strong UI/UX understanding, and a commitment to engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Technical Execution

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with engineering standards.
Build, test, and deploy new features, components, and services.
Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Develop scripts, automations, and tools to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Create prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions with minimal supervision.

System Implementation & Support

Configure, integrate, and maintain applications, cloud services, and supporting infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve reliability concerns.
Troubleshoot real-time production incidents and provide operational support.
Implement security patches, updates, and configuration changes directly within environments.

Technical Collaboration

Participate in code reviews, pairing sessions, and design discussions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with product, QA, data, cloud, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end functionality.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements.
Experiment with emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Contribute to reusable code libraries, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Strong hands-on experience in coding, system building, and technical platform configuration.
Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, etc.).
Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development toolchains.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across applications, systems, and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps automation tools.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
Experience working in agile, global, or fast-paced technology environments.
