Introduction

Grovio AI is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time remote role. This position offers an opportunity to work on end-to-end web application development, contributing to both frontend and backend systems in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building scalable and efficient applications, solving technical challenges, and working closely with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about modern development practices and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend and backend components of web applications.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern development frameworks and tools.
Build end-to-end solutions covering both client-side and server-side functionality.
Implement best practices in software design, architecture, and development.

Execution & Problem Solving

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
Analyze system requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Continuously improve existing systems through optimization and enhancements.

Growth & Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers.
Follow agile development methodologies and contribute to iterative development processes.

Actively participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong expertise in frontend development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Proficiency in backend development with experience in server-side technologies and database systems.
Experience in full-stack development with the ability to build complete end-to-end applications.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
