Role Overview

Seceon Inc. is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join its engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support the company’s cybersecurity platform.

You will primarily work on backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient software solutions. The role requires strong programming skills, a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, and the ability to solve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
Implement robust backend functionality to support cybersecurity platform capabilities.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best development practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot software issues to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithms and data structures.
Experience in backend web development and software development practices.
Proficiency in programming and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
Hands-on experience with modern development tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security technologies.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence or machine learning applications.
Experience working with scalable and high-performance systems.
