Role Overview

This is a first-level applications development role and a common entry point into the organization. The position operates under close supervision, focusing on acquiring technical skills and foundational knowledge while performing routine application development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Code, test, debug, and implement software applications based on defined requirements.
Assist in analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Participate in unit testing and support integration testing activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with guidance from senior team members.
Follow established coding standards, development processes, and documentation practices.
Collaborate with QA, support, and product teams to understand functional requirements.
Maintain documentation of code changes and development activities.
Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Support maintenance and enhancement of existing applications.
Demonstrate willingness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibilities over time.
