Introduction

The company is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with strong frontend fundamentals and hands-on experience in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. This role involves working across the entire technology stack to build end-to-end user-facing features and scalable backend systems.

As an engineer, you will take ownership of features from development to deployment, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

Build responsive, user-focused frontend features using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
Design and implement backend solutions using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.
Develop reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable architecture solutions.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design schemas and optimize queries.

Execution & Problem Solving

Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code while adhering to best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance across the stack.
Contribute to CI/CD workflows and ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality.

Growth & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to refine requirements.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
Continuously learn new technologies and improve development practices.
Work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals.
Strong understanding of core web technologies including HTML5 and CSS3.
Proficiency in React; experience with Next.js is a plus.
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Experience writing unit tests using tools like Jest, Karma, Jasmine, or Mocha.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Exposure to scalable system design and performance optimization techniques.
Experience working in agile or collaborative development environments.
