Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Frontend Developer for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, high-performance user interfaces that deliver a seamless user experience.

You will collaborate closely with back-end developers, product managers, and design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly web applications that align with the company’s mission of simplifying debt management. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, scalable, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Implement modern front-end architecture and best coding practices.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into functional features.
Identify and resolve front-end issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Required Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design.
Hands-on experience in Web Development and modern Software Development practices.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts.
Prior experience in fintech or related domains.
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
