PPM Administrator & PL/SQL Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled PPM Administrator and PL/SQL Developer with strong expertise in managing Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and developing robust database solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring workflows, creating request types, building dashboards, and developing advanced PL/SQL programs.

This role requires proficiency in database development, reporting solutions, and logical data view creation for platforms such as Spotfire. The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments, participating in daily scrums, and delivering high-quality, reliable solutions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

PPM Administration

Create and update request types, workflows, validations, and forms within the PPM tool.
Configure dashboards, KPI views, and analytical reports for stakeholders.
Manage user access, roles, and security configurations in PPM modules.
Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and functional consistency.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to PPM processes.
Maintain portfolio and project data management standards.

Development (PL/SQL & Reporting)

Develop and enhance PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database tables.
Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for improved performance and reliability.
Build and maintain logical views and data models for Spotfire and other BI reporting tools.
Support system integrations between PPM and other enterprise platforms.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers).
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and performance tuning techniques.
Experience with Oracle SQL Developer tool.
Logical views development and data modeling.
Spotfire reporting and dashboard creation.
Understanding of Java (basic to intermediate level).

PPM Functional Skills
