Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Support Executive to assist customers with software implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support. The role offers hands-on learning in Tally, Windows cloud hosting, and business software solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide software support and resolve customer queries.
Assist in software implementation and configuration.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
Support Windows cloud hosting solutions.
Manage and maintain business data accurately.
Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Test software and report issues for resolution.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Windows OS.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of software and data management.
Willingness to learn Tally and business processes.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
