Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. This role involves working across the stack, from building high-performance backend services to creating responsive frontend components, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python, TypeScript, and React.js
Build secure and high-performance backend services using FastAPI, Django, and Flask
Develop, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Implement asynchronous task processing and background job workflows using Celery
Manage caching, queue handling, and performance optimization using Redis
Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define technical solutions and deliver product requirements
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable production-grade code following development best practices
Work on deployment readiness, application performance improvements, and system optimization
Leverage AI-powered development tools for code assistance, documentation, testing, debugging, and developer productivity

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
Strong programming experience in Python
Hands-on expertise with FastAPI, Django, and Flask
Strong experience in TypeScript and React.js
Working knowledge of Celery and Redis in production environments
Experience building and integrating REST APIs
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, and responsive UI development
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
Strong understanding of debugging, performance tuning, and application scalability
Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
