Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack features using Angular (frontend), Express/TypeScript (backend), and PostgreSQL.
Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini) for automated customer support workflows.
Design and develop internal automation tools such as workflow orchestrators, prompt management systems, and evaluation pipelines.
Implement and scale WhatsApp Business API integrations, voice AI capabilities, and multi-channel messaging systems.
Improve system reliability, observability, and performance as the platform scales.
Collaborate closely with founders and the CTO to influence product and technical direction.
