Introduction

Criteo is hiring a Technical Solutions Engineer for its Global Client Operations Center (GCOC) based in Gurugram. This role involves supporting client-facing teams by implementing and optimizing technical solutions using Criteo’s products.

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will act as a subject matter expert, helping scale client support, improve operational efficiency, and ensure successful implementation of features and solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development

Act as a technical expert on Criteo’s standard products and solutions.
Implement new features and support product integrations for client solutions.
Troubleshoot product-related issues and propose effective resolutions.
Review and debug code using technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.

Execution & Problem Solving

Work with client-facing teams to understand and execute operational tasks aligned with business goals.
Identify bugs, report issues, and collaborate with R&D teams for resolution.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring timely delivery.
Continuously review and improve tools, processes, and workflows for better efficiency.

Growth & Collaboration

Collaborate with global teams to enhance processes and develop new solutions.
Build strong relationships with operations and commercial teams.
Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated on new media trends, internet technologies, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in reviewing and debugging code in HTML, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy.
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders or clients.
Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in digital media, advertising technologies, and internet trends.
Experience working in global or cross-functional teams.
