Role Overview

Fullstack Software Engineer – Real Device Cloud Team

We are looking for an enthusiastic full-stack engineer to join the Real Device Cloud product team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong mobile development experience (iOS and Android) who enjoy working across backend, frontend, and mobile layers using multiple programming languages.

You will collaborate with technical and business leaders in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on continuous delivery. The role offers significant ownership, exposure to complex infrastructure systems, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Feature Development

Build and maintain features related to mobile testing, including accessibility testing, network capture, and device vitals monitoring.
Write, maintain, and review mobile agents, backend services, and frontend components.
Integrate mobile apps and frameworks into the testing infrastructure.
Enhance user experience through added tooling and advanced testing capabilities.

Ownership & Engineering Excellence

Own solutions end-to-end, from mobile agents to backend services and frontend implementations.
Maintain and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
Expose and maintain system metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Set and uphold high standards for code quality and best practices.
Lead projects and drive successful outcomes where required.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin along with Golang.
Solid understanding of mobile application development (iOS and Android).
Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across full-stack systems including backend and frontend services.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Android system internals and communication protocols (AOSP, Device Owner, MDM profiles, adb protocol, aapt).
Experience with Objective-C or Swift.
DevOps knowledge including Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), Ansible, and Terraform.

Work Model

This position requires working from the office five days a week.
