Role Overview

We are hiring for a Linux with DevOps role based in Pune, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, work-from-office position requiring 5 days a week with rotational shifts. A 2-year bond is required, involving the submission of original 10th, 12th & Graduation documents.

Responsibilities

Perform Linux/Unix system administration, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and hardening.
Implement automation using Ansible for provisioning, configuration management, and deployments via playbooks.
Manage Containers (Docker/Podman), focusing on image creation, optimization, security, and troubleshooting.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes (K8s); exposure to Helm/Kustomize is preferred.
Implement and manage monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK Stack, or Graylog, including setting up alerting and performance monitoring.
Utilize Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for infrastructure automation and migrating VM workloads to containers/Kubernetes.

Requirements

Education: BE/B.Tech (Computer/IT/Electrical/Electronics) or MCA/MCS/BCA/BCS.
Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
Hands-on experience with Ansible automation.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Experience with Terraform for IaC is required.

Preferred Certifications: RHCSA / RHCE, DevOps certifications, Terraform Associate, CKA/CKS/CKAD.
