Role Overview

We are seeking an AI-Accelerated Full Stack Developer to join a new product startup within our existing company. This role is for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment, blending AI engineering, full-stack development, and rapid prototyping. You will work directly with the founder to build internal products, starting with the core Flow Management Platform.

Responsibilities

Build Applications Using AI Tools: Convert product ideas into real applications using AI tools like Cursor and v0.dev to speed up coding and debugging.
Full-Stack Development: Develop modern applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui on the frontend, and Supabase (Auth, DB, Realtime, Functions) on the backend.
Integrate APIs and third-party tools.
Handle workflow automation, internal tools development, and UI/UX component creation.
Build HTML email templates when required.
Take ownership of tasks, work independently on simpler modules, and deliver features on time with high quality.
Stay updated with the latest AI tools and learn new frameworks quickly.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Next.js / React.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience with Supabase or any SQL DB.
Familiarity with Tailwind / shadcn/UI.
Clear understanding of Components, APIs, State management, and Basic architecture.

AI Skills:

Comfortable with or quick to learn Cursor (primary AI development environment).
Familiarity with v0.dev (AI UI generation).
Experience with GPT, Claude, or Copilot.

Soft Skills & Mindset:

Strong communication and high ownership.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to figure things out independently.
Willingness to learn workflows, logic systems, and multi-step process flows.
Mindset focused on proactive problem-solving ("I will figure it out").

Experience (0-3 years) from personal projects, internships, or a strong portfolio is valued over a degree.
