Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate with strong expertise in Python-based data processing and backend development. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable applications, integrating RESTful APIs, and optimizing complex database queries. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic development environment while delivering efficient and reliable technical solutions.

Mandatory Responsibilities & Experience

Python Development & Data Processing

Create clear, scalable, and efficient Python scripts for new and existing applications.
Utilize Python modules such as NumPy and Pandas for advanced data processing and analysis.
Write optimized and maintainable code aligned with best practices.

API Development & Database Management

Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect with internal and external services.
Write, optimize, and manage complex database queries.
Work with NoSQL databases and ensure data consistency and performance.

Job Scheduling & Optimization

Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling and managing automated jobs effectively.
Ensure smooth execution of background processes and system workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills

Understanding of AI concepts including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs).
Ability to develop advanced AI architectures incorporating modern GenAI technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning of LLMs.

Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Experience with Next.js and React.js for frontend development.
Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET framework.
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management workflows.
Understanding of NoSQL database systems.

Desirable Skills
