Job Overview

Function: Software Engineering → Backend Development
Role: Backend Engineer (Golang)
Experience: 1–3 Years

We are seeking a result-driven backend engineer who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, troubleshoot, and enhance backend applications and systems. The role focuses on building high-performance, scalable infrastructure for real-time financial data processing.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Architecture & Development

Design and develop databases optimized for real-time, high-availability financial data.
Architect and build backend services using Node.js and related frameworks.
Create scalable microservices and internal tools to support platform growth.

Technology & Infrastructure Management

Work extensively with MongoDB, Redis, JavaScript, Node.js, and Go (Golang).
Manage and deploy services on AWS infrastructure.
Build reporting systems and backend utilities to support product requirements.

System Optimization & Collaboration

Troubleshoot and improve existing backend applications and processes.
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and performance-optimized.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best architectural practices.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of professional software development experience.
Strong fundamentals in systems design, architecture, and database management.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript (Node.js) and MongoDB.
Solid understanding of web development concepts including REST APIs and server architecture.
Experience building backend services and microservices-based systems.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Go (Golang).
Familiarity with Redis and cloud environments such as AWS.
Understanding of financial systems, stock markets, or fintech platforms.
Strong interest in building products from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
