Role Overview

As an AI Robotics Engineering Intern, you will work on deploying AI systems to real agricultural robotics hardware, with a focus on high-performance on-premise vision inference. This is a 3-month, full-time, on-site internship located at Maker Village, Kochi.

Responsibilities

Deploy AI vision models on real hardware for agricultural robotics systems
Work hands-on with HAILO and NVIDIA NPUs/GPUs for edge and on-premise deployments
Optimize model inference pipelines for latency, throughput, and reliability
Build and maintain deployment workflows in Python and Linux environments
Collaborate with robotics, electronics, and software teams to integrate perception into production systems

Requirements

Final-year students, fresh graduates, or early-career candidates from Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Computer Science backgrounds
Strong practical knowledge of Python and Linux development environments
Available for on-site, full-time work at Maker Village, Kochi, for the full internship duration
Must be willing to complete a screening assignment as part of the selection process
Experience in non-academic projects like ROBOCON, e-yantra, SAE BAHA, URC, or Techfest
