Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Full-Stack Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience working with the MERN stack. We move fast, ship daily, and are looking for someone who views coding as a continuous craft. You won’t just be maintaining code; you’ll be an active builder. Our team focuses on rapid iteration and high-impact features. You will be expected to jump into the codebase, understand the logic, and start contributing to our daily growth immediately.

Responsibilities

Build End-to-End: Develop and ship new features daily using the full MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
Innovate: Take ownership of “exciting feature” requests and turn them into functional, high-quality code.
Iterate Fast: Participate in a high-velocity environment where product improvements happen every single day.
Solve Problems: Tackle technical challenges head-on and find creative ways to improve the user experience.
Collaborate: Participate in code reviews for your peers to ensure quality and shared learning across the team.
Stay Sharp: Research and implement modern tools and libraries to keep our tech stack at the cutting edge.

Requirements

MERN Proficiency: At least 3+ years of experience building and scaling applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Agility: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid of a “build and learn” culture.
Full-Stack Mindset: You are equally comfortable designing a database schema as you are polishing a UI component.
Execution Focus: A “get it done” attitude with a high standard for code quality and the ability to provide constructive feedback on others’ work.
Curiosity: A genuine passion for learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
