AI Trainee – NLP & Generative AI

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated AI Trainee with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Knowledge Management, Workflow Automation, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate is a recent Computer Science graduate eager to deepen their expertise in modern AI technologies and enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Generative AI applications utilizing agentic workflows and data retrieval from vector databases, relational databases, and document libraries.
Implement and manage knowledge management systems to enable efficient storage, indexing, and retrieval of information.
Design and automate workflows to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Work with vision technologies to build and enhance image and video processing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into products and enterprise systems.
Research and stay updated on advancements in AI, NLP, LLMs, and related emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong foundation in NLP, Knowledge Management, Workflow Automation, and Vision Technologies.
Experience with Azure AI Services, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
Proficiency in application development using React JS, Python, C++, SQL, and low-code/no-code platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.
Understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
Experience with software development lifecycle and version control systems.

Background Verification (BGV)
