Role Overview

We are building a modern ERP platform focused on Indian business operations, including Payroll, HRMS, Attendance Management, Accounting, Inventory Management, Quotations, Invoicing, Reports & Analytics, and Multi-Company Management. We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer who can build production-level ERP modules, solve real business problems, and work directly with the product and development teams. This is an active development role where you will build ERP features from scratch, optimize workflows, and contribute to the core architecture.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend services for ERP applications.
Build secure and efficient REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases.
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access systems (e.g., using JWT Authentication).
Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Improve application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
Debug and resolve backend issues in production environments.
Write clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.

Requirements

Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js.
Good knowledge of MongoDB and database schema design.
Experience in building REST APIs.
Familiarity with JWT Authentication and backend security practices.
Experience using Git & GitHub for version control.
Good understanding of scalable backend architecture.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience: 2+ Years.
