Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Engineer (AI and Automation) based in Mumbai to design, build, and deploy robust, scalable backend microservices and APIs. This role focuses on integrating cutting-edge AI models and building intelligent automation workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy robust, scalable backend microservices and APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask).
Integrate and orchestrate AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, local open-source models) using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Develop, optimize, and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant).
Build custom automation scripts and seamlessly integrate them with workflow orchestration tools like n8n for WhatsApp automation, CRM syncing, and email parsing.
Write scripts for web scraping, data extraction, and intelligent data transformation.
Actively utilize AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Claude 3.5 Sonnet) to write boilerplate, debug rapidly, and achieve 10x development speed.

Requirements

Proven experience in backend development with Python.
Experience with AI orchestration and RAG pipelines.
Ability to work in person in Mumbai.
