DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will support the DevOps team in automating and optimizing software development and deployment processes. This role focuses on improving release cycles, strengthening feedback loops, and fostering an agile and efficient engineering environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, SCRUM teams, and senior engineers to ensure smooth software delivery, reliable infrastructure management, and continuous improvement of DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support the DevOps team in automating software development processes to accelerate release cycles and improve feedback mechanisms.
Utilize debugging tools and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues across applications, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
Contribute to building and refining automation scripts for build and deployment workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain infrastructure components including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
Assist in maintaining and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
Support quality and security analysis initiatives within DevOps workflows.
Manage configuration files and tools to ensure consistency across environments and help automate configuration enforcement.
Work closely with SCRUM teams and stakeholders to integrate workflows into the DevOps pipeline.
Identify and resolve build failures, deployment errors, infrastructure issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Contribute to documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations while participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Participate in automated testing activities to ensure reliability and performance of DevOps systems.

Work Model

This is an office-based role requiring in-person collaboration at least three days per week, in alignment with company policy.
