Role Overview

The AI Solutions Support Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting AI-powered tools and agents within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role combines AI solution development, system integration, and production support, ensuring that AI applications are scalable, secure, and efficiently integrated across enterprise systems. It also focuses on operational excellence, maintaining system health through monitoring, incident management, deployments, and continuous improvements across local and global environments.

Responsibilities

AI Development & Integration

Design, build, deploy, and support AI-powered tools and agents
Implement AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and custom integrations
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and various data sources

Deployment & Environment Management

Manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments
Configure and maintain application environments ensuring scalability and performance
Support cloud operations, including Azure IAM, storage, and networking basics

Production Support & Operations

Provide L2/L3 support (incident triage, root cause analysis, communication)
Monitor systems using logs, dashboards, and alerts to ensure reliability
Maintain system health through proactive issue resolution and change management

DevOps & Operational Excellence

Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, deployment guides, and knowledge base documentation
Ensure operational hygiene through problem management and continuous improvement

Collaboration & Enablement

Work with cross-functional teams (AI, data engineering, security, operations)
Coordinate with stakeholders across regions for smooth rollout and adoption
Support user training, enablement, and continuous enhancements

Requirements

Strong experience in Python development and automation
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience with Copilot Studio / conversational AI / agent-based automation
Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST, SFTP, file-based integrations)
Working knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Storage, integrations)
Understanding of authentication, RBAC, and security best practices
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, LOB applications)
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, versioning, release management)
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Ability to support multi-region/global deployments
Awareness of ITIL / ITSM principles
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
