Computer Vision & Edge AI Engineering Intern

role based at our development space in Bengaluru. As part of a high-intensity 2-month product sprint, the intern will own the development, training, and integration of the vision perception pipeline for the Kinetix R.E.A.C.H. platform.

Day-to-day tasks include:

Building and labeling custom image datasets for everyday object classification.
Implementing and profiling lightweight object-detection algorithms (e.g., YOLO, MobileNet variants) optimized for real-time CPU/laptop inference.
Managing multi-camera video streams and handling latency calibration.
Structuring data outputs to bridge seamlessly with core system integration layers.
Maintaining clean code repositories in Git and participating in rapid engineering design reviews.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Core Programming:

Strong proficiency in Python or C/C++, with practical experience utilizing libraries like OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or NumPy.

Perception & Data Pipeline Exposure:

Previous coursework or hands-on projects involving real-time image processing, camera calibration, object detection, or data classification.

Systems & Integration Awareness:

Familiarity with Git workflows and basic data streaming concepts (e.g., passing data packages over local pipelines or serial interfaces).
