Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Full Stack Agentic AI Developer to join our AI engineering team. The ideal candidate will work on building next-generation AI-powered applications, autonomous agent systems, and scalable backend services using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

This role is ideal for developers interested in LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and full-stack AI application development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AI-powered full-stack applications
Build autonomous and multi-agent AI workflows
Design and develop REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI
Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools
Develop responsive frontend interfaces for AI applications
Implement secure authentication and access control mechanisms
Optimize AI application performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments

Requirements

Backend & Full Stack Development

Strong knowledge of Python
Experience with FastAPI and REST API development
Understanding of Microservices Architecture
Knowledge of React.js / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and scalable backend design

AI / Agentic AI Skills

Hands-on experience or understanding of:
LangChain
LangGraph
CrewAI / AutoGen
Knowledge of:
AI agents
Multi-agent workflows
Tool calling agents
Prompt engineering
AI reasoning workflows

RAG & Databases

Basic understanding of:
Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, etc.)
Embeddings and document retrieval
Database integration

Additional Skills

Git & GitHub
Basic cloud understanding (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Good to Have

Experience with Docker or deployment tools
Knowledge of open-source LLMs
Understanding of AI safety and guardrails
Familiarity with MLOps or workflow orchestration tools

Eligibility Criteria

B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / Equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field
0.6 to 3 years of relevant experience
Freshers with strong AI/full-stack project experience can also apply
