The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid foundation in web application development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
Build efficient and reusable components with Next.js (server-side rendering, routing, and API integrations).
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Express.js.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to integrate front-end designs with backend logic.
Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
Work with databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis for high-performance data handling.
Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
Degree is mandatory candidates who is persuing please don't apply.
Strong proficiency in Next.js, Express.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, React, and CSS.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and server-side rendering.
Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

Experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis.
Knowledge of Microservices architecture and HLL (High-Level Languages) concepts.
Understanding of OOPs concept and if worked on Laravel Framework.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Familiarity with caching strategies and performance optimization.
