Role Overview

Wilyer is building enterprise-grade Digital Signage, DOOH, and SaaS products for industries including Airports, Hospitals, Restaurants, Retail, Metro Systems, and Corporate Spaces.

We are looking for an AI-first Product Research & UI/UX Designer who can combine deep UX thinking, AI-powered workflows, and technical product understanding to build scalable and production-ready design systems. This role is not for traditional manual-only designers. We want someone who starts with prompts, AI workflows, structured systems, and real product logic.

Responsibilities

AI-Driven Product Design

Use Claude, Figma Make, v0, Google AI Studio, Galileo, and similar AI tools as primary design workflows
Generate UI layouts, components, flows, and prototypes using structured prompts
Rapidly iterate AI-generated designs into production-ready screens
Deliver developer-ready Figma files with proper auto-layout, tokens, variants, and interaction states

Product Research & UX

Conduct user interviews, workflow mapping, usability testing, and research analysis
Create personas, journey maps, mental models, and UX frameworks
Understand business workflows and convert them into scalable product experiences

Design Systems & Brand Guidelines

Build and maintain centralized design systems in Figma
Define typography, color systems, spacing scales, components, and motion principles
Maintain design consistency across multiple products simultaneously

SaaS & Enterprise UI Design

Design complex enterprise interfaces including:

Role-Based Access Management (RBAC)
Admin Panels & Permission Systems
Authentication Flows (SSO, MFA, OAuth)
File & Folder Hierarchy Systems
Dashboard & Data Visualization UI
Real-time Analytics Interfaces
Email Templates & Notification Systems

Marketing Website & GTM Design

Design conversion-focused websites and landing pages
Build onboarding, pricing, demo request, and product-led growth flows
Create seamless journeys from landing page to dashboard experience

Digital Screen & DOOH Design

Design real-time digital signage interfaces for various sectors and support multiple aspect ratios: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 3:10.

Requirements

Strong experience with AI design tools and prompt engineering
Expert-level Figma knowledge
Strong UX research and product thinking
Understanding of CSS and Tailwind CSS standards
Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and real-data UI design
Experience designing SaaS or enterprise products
Ability to manage multiple design pipelines simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
