About the Role

VWO is seeking a highly motivated GenAI Engineering Intern to join our fast-moving and innovative GenAI team. We build intelligent, production-grade systems powered by cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and scalable infrastructure.

This role operates like a “0 to 1” startup within a thriving tech company. As an intern, you will work on real engineering challenges from Day 1—no shadowing from the sidelines. You will write production code, gain deployment access, and collaborate closely with a team that moves fast and iterates even faster.

What You’ll Be Doing

Contribute directly to the development of AI agents and intelligent systems using LLMs.
Write production-quality code with rapid feedback cycles and continuous code reviews.
Participate in the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to testing and deployment.
Work within real-world infrastructure and production environments rather than limited mock systems.
Collaborate closely with engineers and product thinkers in an experimental, startup-like culture.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python and Git, with experience working with databases such as MongoDB or Graph databases.
Hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or Agents SDK.
Bonus: Experience with queuing systems or distributed task processing tools such as Celery or Kafka.
Experience building and deploying an agentic AI product is highly desirable.
