Overview:

Join our Tech Systems and Products team as an AI Product Manager & Developer Intern who will own the complete development of one assigned system using Large Language Models and AI agentic frameworks. You'll work within a 3-4 person team where each member drives a specific product identified by our Organization Performance Management and HR teams, while also supporting product management activities across other organizational teams.

What You'll Do

Primary (60%): AI Product Development & Web Systems

• Lead the

end-to-end development

of one assigned system from our internal or external product portfolio (e.g., CRM, LMS, HRMS, Recruitment Automation, Email Marketing Automation, AI-assisted tools for mental well-being, sustainability, or governance).

• Design and implement

product workflows and UI/UX prototypes

using AI and LLM capabilities.

• Collaborate on the development of

event websites

, microsites, and web-based dashboards.

• Build intelligent product features using

AI agentic frameworks

, integrating automation, personalization, and analytics.

• Deploy and maintain systems while integrating

user feedback

for iterative improvement.
