AI/ML Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions into existing enterprise applications. This is not a research-only role; we need someone who has successfully integrated AI capabilities into production systems and understands how AI can solve real business problems. Candidates with experience in the Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or FinTech domain will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing banking or financial software products.
• Build intelligent business workflows using AI and automation.
• Develop ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, anomaly detection, and decision support.
• Convert business problems into AI-driven solutions using appropriate algorithms.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements.
• Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to model deployment.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM-based solutions where applicable.
• Develop AI agents and workflow automation using modern AI frameworks.
• Build APIs for integrating AI services into existing applications.
• Monitor, evaluate, retrain, and optimize machine learning models in production.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, explainability, and security.
• Write clean, reusable, and production-quality code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and MLOps deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
• Proven experience implementing AI features in live production applications.
• Experience integrating AI into existing enterprise software products.
• Experience building complete ML pipelines from development to deployment.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable application development.
• Strong foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Software Engineering.
