Product Designer (ZBrush Expert)

Role Overview

Aartaa Decor is a premium luxury lighting and home décor brand specializing in handcrafted chandeliers, designer lighting, sculptures, mirrors, and bespoke interior décor. We are looking for a world-class 3D Product Designer who thinks like an artist, designs like an engineer, and understands how products are manufactured to transform concepts into production-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Design original luxury chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, table lamps, sculptures, mirrors, and decorative products.
• Create concept sketches and convert them into production-ready 3D models.
• Develop highly detailed sculptural models using ZBrush.
• Create accurate CAD models for manufacturing.
• Produce photorealistic renders for catalogues, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with artisans and the production team to ensure manufacturability.
• Prepare exploded assemblies, technical drawings, and fabrication details.
• Research international luxury design trends and develop original design collections.
• Optimize products for aesthetics, strength, cost, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Lighting Design, or Sculpture Design (Freshers with outstanding portfolios are also encouraged).
• Expertise in ZBrush sculpting and exceptional form development.
• Strong understanding of proportion, detailing, and luxury aesthetics.
• Ability to convert concepts into manufacturable products.
• Experience creating premium-quality product renders.
• Portfolio must include ZBrush sculptures, product designs, luxury furniture, and production-ready CAD models.
