Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating user flows and wireframes, designing high-fidelity website interfaces, and ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing websites from concept to final UI.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective user experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design website pages such as landing pages, dashboards, authentication screens, forms, pricing pages, etc.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, components, and design systems.
- Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented designs and provide UI/UX feedback where required.
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis when required.
- Improve existing website designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
Requirements
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Strong knowledge of Figma or similar design tools.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Good knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean and intuitive user interfaces.
- Understanding of basic UX concepts such as user flows, information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
- A portfolio showcasing website/UI/UX design work is preferred.
- Good communication and ability to work collaboratively with developers and other team members.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing SaaS, EdTech, e-commerce, or dashboard-based products.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems/component libraries.
- Experience with interactive prototypes and micro-interactions.
