Role Overview
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications to maintain service reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide effective solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a robust knowledge base.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Support and guide junior team members through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Ability to work in the Bengaluru office.
