Role Overview
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth operational workflows, ensuring system reliability and performance through continuous monitoring and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide effective solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and user interface design.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting web applications in complex environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
