Role Overview
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will evaluate current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. You will strategize and execute the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. This role involves leveraging both private and public cloud technologies to drive next-generation business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and integration of cloud solutions.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure post-migration to maintain performance and cost efficiency.
- Document migration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist and provide guidance to junior team members during migration projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
- Ability to design and implement scalable cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud security best practices.
