Cloud Platform Engineer

Role Overview

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for deploying infrastructure and platform environments, creating proofs of architecture to test viability, security, and performance, and ensuring seamless integration between cloud and traditional components.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud solutions with organizational goals and compliance.
• Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and security.
• Document architecture designs, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with performance testing and validation of cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of integration techniques between cloud and on-premises systems.
