Role Overview
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will work closely with teams to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that solutions are scalable and meet unique business requirements in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide effective solutions to work-related technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver project requirements.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Document development processes and communicate project progress clearly.
- Support and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to work at client onsite locations within India.
