Custom Software Engineer

Role Overview

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support project transparency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong understanding of designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments and deployment strategies.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards.
• Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
