Role Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the software you develop is scalable and performs efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by integrating modern frameworks and continuously refining the software to adapt to evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development including RESTful APIs and database integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
