Role Overview
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing software that meets unique business requirements, while collaborating with team members to foster innovation.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes for knowledge sharing.
- Assist and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and workflow optimization skills.
