Custom Software Engineer

Role Overview

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on project tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Ability to design and implement automated test cases that cover functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
• Capability to analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.
