Role Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Responsibilities

• Marketing cloud personalization and Data cloud developer with Einstein Studio experience.
• Proficient in creating and coding sitemaps to track and capture customer interactions/events.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for personalizing content.
• Experienced in setting up and managing product catalogs for use in personalized web campaigns.
• Experience in creating custom attribute for the Users and in catalogs.
• Solid experience with Einstein recipes and decisioning for personalization use cases.
• Skilled in segmenting audiences using data-driven criteria.
• Expertise in building and applying decisioning strategies to determine content, offers, or experiences.
• Proven ability to create personalized web campaigns and templates using the Marketing Cloud Personalization platform.
• Familiar with conducting A/B tests to evaluate effectiveness.
• Leverage Data Cloud to collect, analyze, and utilize customer data.
• Work closely with the Data team to ensure accurate data integration, reporting, and analytics.
• Design and maintain data models to support personalization efforts.
• Manage data workflows to enhance customer targeting and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software components.
• Document development processes and solutions.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360.
• 15 years of full-time education required.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with integration of custom software components within larger systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for scalable applications.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
