Role Overview
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spearhead the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. You will serve as a main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle while delivering scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions.
- Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance on best practices.
- Monitor application performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and application design principles.
- Experience with database management and query optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within Oracle environments.
