Custom Software Engineer

Role Overview

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Assist in the documentation of software components and processes to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in webMethods Fabric.
• 15 years full time education.
• Experience with integration and middleware technologies related to webMethods Fabric.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
