Job Description
Role Overview
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will develop tailored software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that address unique business requirements and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Enhance CSM module in ServiceNow and create custom workflows.
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, GlideRecord, and other ServiceNow development tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure environment stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- CSM experience is a must-have.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
