Role Overview
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and follow Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.

- Maintain and update existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Assist and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve critical incidents efficiently.
- Experience coordinating responses during high-pressure situations.
- Ability to analyze system failures and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
