Role Overview
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs, analyzing application components to ensure quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions.
- Assist and guide junior team members to foster professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application design best practices.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
- Ability to work in the Hyderabad office.
